These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered through this website. By booking a session or working with me, you agree to the following terms.
1. Nature of the Services
I offer Systemic & Family Constellations, systemic mentoring, and related personal development services. These services are intended for self-awareness, insight, and personal growth.
They do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment, and they do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or care. You remain fully responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
2. Booking and Payment
All sessions must be paid in full in advance at the time of booking.
A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
Missed sessions or no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
This policy applies regardless of the reason for non-attendance.
4. Responsibility and Participation
You agree to take full responsibility for your participation in sessions and for how you integrate the insights that arise. Results cannot be guaranteed, as each individual process is unique.
5. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during sessions is treated with confidentiality and respect, except where disclosure is required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from participation in sessions or services. You participate voluntarily and at your own responsibility.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union.
8. Changes to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. The version published on this website is the one currently in effect.
